I've been tagged!
My mom always told me never to talk to strangers.  They don't get much stranger than Bob Fox.  He's nominated me to bore the hell out of you guys with 5 things that none of you know about me.  I considered passing this off to my stunt double Julio, but ultimately decided I'd better not let Bob down.  Here goes, try to stay awake:

1) I was the Bandit
Okay, that's not completely true, but I do have a car just like the Bandit in Smokey and the Bandit.  I have a few pictures of it here.  My dad bought it brand new in 1977 and took immaculate condition.  He gave it to me in 2003.  It had just under 30,000 miles on it.  I treat it like a baby and we ended up buy a house with a 3 car garage mostly because I couldn't bare for it to spend its winters in a storage unit on the other side of town.

2) I was Smokey
This is a little closer to true.  When I was in college I was a student officer at the campus police department.  I also spent a year as a Reserve Police in my home town.  I didn't end up pursuing it as a career.  Besides the thought of me carrying a firearm scaring the hell out of most folks, I found being a professional nerd was more fitting for me.

3) I make popcorn
Not exactly, but my middle name is Orville, named after my maternal grandfather.  Every, single, person on earth that hears my middle name immediately makes a popcorn joke.  Originality: 0.  I've never figured out why nobody ever makes airplane jokes.

4) I'm a UNIX expert
Not quite an expert, but I did speak at a UNIX conference in 1999.  I flew over to Holland to speak at their conference.  In my defense the talk was on Windows.

5) I am a black belt
This one's true.  I received my Black (recommend) Belt in the Korean martial Art HapKiDo in December 2005.  I've been doing it for 4 years or so.  I even took a trip to Korea in the summer of 2003 to train.  It's a lot of fun and I'm met some incredible people doing it.

That's it.  If you're still reading, I applaud you.  Now it's time for me to pass the ball on.  Here's the next list of SharePoint nerds:

That's all for now.
